OOH Spare Part Center.Co., Ltd has over 35 years of experiences in operating its manufacturing facilities for the production of motorcycle spare parts, accessories and helmets.  As an OEM we custom made products according to our customer requirements as well as produce products under our own brand consisting of OOH, DAI, STM Helmets, Safetymets, etc. Our efficiency in manufacturing as well as our ability to providing quality products and services has resulted in a high customer retention rate for export and domestic clients, a factor of our success.  The company has however, underestimated the importance the marketing activities and customer engagement conducts which has cost its STM helmet domestic sale to decline by nearly half over the years.  In response the company has opened up a new division OOH International which will assist the main company in both its domestic and international market.  Domestically the new division will focus on branding activities and expanding our customer segments by increasing our product presence and availability for new potential customer as well as maintaining these relationships for long term stability.  Internationally the division will promote the whole company’s product and services through our website while maximizing the use of internet facilitates to reaching our international customer while providing them with quality product and precious shipping services with our experience personal.
